Stretch your Stamps – Repeat Stamping

Hello Pink and Main Friends. It’s Donna! And, like a good friend, I bring you flowers! I’m using just one image today and repeat stamping to make a card.

The lovely flower image comes from the Harvest Greetings stamp set. This set has a super fun scarecrow and a bunch of autumn images, but today I’m going to use just one. I stamped the flower five times with Alcohol marker friendly ink, and coloured them using Copic markers, adding details with coloured pencils.

I used the matching dies to cut the flowers out, and stamped a sentiment from the Oh Nuts Stamp set and heat embossed it in white onto a strip of black card. I used this sentiment as the ground for the flowers to grow out of.

The background is a paper from the Pumpkin season paper pad, and the rainbows made a great contrast to the reds of the flowers, and the flower centres are from the “The World to Me” Glitter enamel dots.

This Harvest Greetings stamp set makes wonderful scenes, but also individual elements can be used to make great cards, and the repetition of the colouring makes them easy to make.

Until next time, may your days be fill of flowers.

Blessings,
Donna
