For today’s card I combined the new Stamp of the Month set with couple new products from the March release.

To make the card I started by stamping the images onto white card stock using alcohol marker friendly ink. Once stamped I used alcohol based markers to color them and then die cut them. You can use any coloring medium of your choice. Set them aside.

Next, emboss piece of light blue card stock using the new Confetti embossing folder and cut it down to 4″ x 5 1/4″.

Die cut 3 Reverse Scalloped Squares. One from green and two from white card stock, then stack them to create thicker frame. Adhere piece of Hooray patterned paper on the back.

Assemble the panel. Stamp sentiment onto black card stock and emboss in white. Trim to size and adhere with foam tape.

Use craft foam to adhere the panel to a white top folding note card.
