Top O’ the morning to ya! Katie here today to spread some shenanigans! With a bit of luck (wink) this card may just make your day!
And there he is, Mr. Lucky Leprechaun himself! he is most fantastic individual sitting on a heaping pot of gold! Perhaps he will share a bit with all of us? We may have to search out his rainbow first.
Here is how I made this fun card. First, I stamped the image from the Lucky Leprechaun Set using my Misti. I then colored it with my Copics (Pot, belt and hat band- C7, C5, C3, C0, Skin E51 & 53, Gold and Belt buckle- Y15 & 13, beard and freckles- R14, R24, R35, outfit & hat- G09, G03, G07, blush- RV10) and used the corresponding Lucky Leprechaun Die Set to cut it out. I added some gel highlights and set it aside. Next, I cut a bit of white cardstock to 3.75X5. I used my Mini Ergo Blending Brushes to added some Tumbled Glass and Mowed Lawn Distress inks to it. I stamped a few clovers and the sentiment directly on top with black VersaFine ink. Next, I due cut my rainbow and clouds using colored cardstock and the Rainbow Dies Set. I added my rainbow to the base and popped up the clouds with foam tape. I then added my leprechaun using more foam tape. I mounted that layer on a typical A2 sized base using the EZ Tear Tape.
And there you have it, one lucky little fella and cute ta-boot don’t you think?! I feel happy just looking at his big freckled head with that rainbow in the background. So darn happy!
