Radiating Butterflies

Hello crafty friends.

It’s Lisa Mears (@LisaMearsDesigns) on the blog today sharing a quick and easy butterfly card I made with some of the new products in Pink and Main’s April release.

Watch the Video:

For the background of my card, I used the Radiating Butterflies Stencil. This stencil has four layers and I inked each stencil with a different color ink. I used a square die to die cut the butterfly stenciled background in a square shape.

I stamped a butterfly from the Wings of Whimsy stamp set and added clear embossing powder and then heat set the embossing powder. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens to color the flowers in the butterfly wings.

I stamped the sentiment from the Wings of Whimsy stamp set and added it to the card front. I added the butterfly panel to a piece of black cardstock and then added it to a piece of pattern paper from the World to Me pattern paper pad. I added a few of the Daisy Days Sticky Pearls for a little bling.
