Hello Pink & Main Fans! It’s Rachelle from Red Cre8s and I’ve got a super sneak peek for you today featuring lots of great new products from the upcoming release!
This release is a bit different because there is a new storage binder system, a huge selection of specialty glitter/holographic papers and even liquid adhesive! The newly designed stencils are larger (perfect for slimline layouts) and have decorative edges that increase your design possibilities!
I’ve got a great inlaid die cut technique to share with you today! I ink blended a background panel on aqua cardstock using the NEW “Deco” Stencil with DO Inks – “Peacock Feathers”, “Salty Ocean” & “Blueprint Sketch”. I die cut one of the “Floral Corners” images from the same aqua cardstock and removed just the interior flower pieces, leaving the foliage intact.
This same die cut was used on my ink-blended panel, which was trimmed to 4” x 5.25” and glued down to an A2 card base. I inlaid/adhered the aqua floral die cut into the corresponding inked panel opening with the NEW EZ Squeeze Craft Glue and added a few aqua gems.
The NEW Glitter Paper Packs are simply AMAZING! The colors are so rich, die cut perfectly and leave no bits of excess glitter fluff anywhere! I chose this beautiful Pale Blue (almost turquoise), from the Summer Glitter Pack, and die cut the scripty word only from the “Happy Dies Set.” This was backed with one extra cut (for a bit of dimension) and glued into place. The sentiment from the “Happy For You” Set was stamped, die cut and adhered with a strip of foam tape to finish the card!
