Hugs and kisses

Hello Everyone,

It is Zsofi here with a clean and simple card design which can fit any occasion just with changing the sentiment. I love easy designs which I can alter according to the recipient’s taste.

I started with cutting a Stitched rectangle 2 die from a patterned paper from the On shore paper pad. I chose one design which has a lot of texture but homogeneous in colour.

I die cut the Mum die layers from white cardstock and lightly blended Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink with a blending brush on the edge of the petals. It makes it more realistic. I die cut the centre of the flower from Ice rink Sparkle sheet and assembled the flower. I added vellum leaves under it.

The sentiment I die cut with the Hugs die set: the shadow from vellum and the word itself from white glitter sheet. After assembling the card I added an extra sentiment from the coordinating Hugs needed stamp set using teal ink.

I love that this simple design gives the spotlight to the different textures: vellum, soft ink blending, glitter cardstock and textured patterned paper. So delicate!

I hope you enjoyed my inspiration today and will pop in again soon!

See you,

Zsofi
