Best of Luck

Sending you lots of luck today (and always) as we approach St. Patrick’s Day! I had fun mixing different elements to create this fun card that’s sure to have you smiling!

I started with the February Mug that I inked with Copic markers. The clean line design makes this cute clover embellished mug easy to color with any media. I decided it would look super cute with a surprise – a Cute Peeker inside the mug. But which one to choose?

I decided on the Unicorn because if you follow the rainbow it’s supposed to lead you to a pot of gold! I added some colorful stripes to my design to replicate a rainbow and added a mix of sparkly gems to make this magical!

That Buffalo Check background is a “Foilable” sheet that I foiled with Tinsel Green Cheerfoil. I’m new to laminated foiling and originally thought I’d have to leave the background white and foil.. but thought I’d be daring and try to add some Twisted Citron Ranger Distress Ink. I was hesitant because when I foil with another brand, and then use a brush inker, much of the foil comes off my design. That doesn’t happen with Cheerfoil.. all the foil stays in place perfectly so you are free to add all the ink blending you like.
