3 fun ways to use Song Bird Set

Hello, crafty friends,  Amanda from The Little Pink Caboose, here with you today, and I am sharing 3 projects with you, using the same image. I love to stretch my supplies as much as possible and use them in different ways, and this stamp is the perfect example of doing just that.

First I want to share this beautiful shaker card foilable panel card. I used the amazing stencil that coordinates with this panel perfectly and used Distress Oxide inks for the easy fast coloring of the image.

I did the oxide inking after I added the beautiful Ombree Pastel CheerFoil for my background and the Sentiment. I then added my plastic front for the shaker with double-sided adhesive to the back, added my sequin mix, and placed it on a light tan card backing. Then adhered it to an A2 side folding card. I die-cut my sentiment with the Layered Circle Die after I foiled the Foliables welcome Spring Kit for my sentiment.

For my next card, I used the Stamp set Song Bird and heat embossed it in gold.  I then used watercolors to color this up. If you are new to watercoloring this is the easiest and fastest way to learn. The edges of the embossed image keep the water in the lines yet achieve a beautiful outcome.

I die-cut out the card using the Stitched Rectangles Die

I heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock using white embossing powder and added the pearls of this month’s release Pop Flower Sticky Pearls and that is as easy as that.

For my last project for today, I decided to go back to my roots with a splatter tag. I love to splatter it gives so much interest to a project not to mention how much fun it is.  I used watercolor for the image and then die-cut it out with the Fancy Tags Die. I added my splatters using the samy colors I colred the image but adding some gold in there as well.

I then backed it on the paper pack Pop Flowers from this month’s release. I added some fun fibers for the top and tied a bow around them. I cut out the Birthday sentiment from the Big Happy Foilable Panels. I used the Tincle Lavender CheerFoil to make it shine and sparkle and glued it on my tag.

I hope you all enjoyed using this beautiful image in 3 different ways and stretching our supplies to make some really fun projects. That is all from me for today below is a list of all the products and links to the shop. Have a great day and keep crafting.
