Sweet Sprinkles

Hi Everyone! DT Kimberly here today to share a sweet shaker card. For my card, I used the Hello Sweet stamp set and coordinating die, along with the Stitched Rounded Rectangle die and the sprinkles from the So Cool stamp set.

The July challenge for Pink and Main stamps challenge blog is Shaker cards!
These are always so fun to make. This stamp set and die are easy to use for these types of cards. For my card, I used real sprinkles from the grocery store baking section but sequins, beads, confetti, etc. can also be used.

I started out by die cutting the stitched rectangle out of white card stock, then I die cut the ‘Sweet’ and shadow from that panel. Next, I added the sprinkles in coordinating colors and the “Birthday Wishes” sentiment in black. Then I added the acetate to create the window and adhered the sweet die cut to the window. I added the panel with the sprinkles to the card base. Finally, I added some shimmer and shine to the sprinkles to finish off the card.

I hope you were inspired and join this month’s Pink and Main Challenge!

Please visit my blog to see two other shaker cards I created with the same stamps and dies.

Have a wonderful day!

Kimberly
