Rose Gold Sympathy Card

Rose Gold Sympathy Card by Annie Williams - Main

Hello again Pink & Main fans!  It’s Annie, and sadly, this will be my last post on the Pink & Main blog as I step down from the design team to concentrate on my family and other crafty pursuits.  Today, I wanted to share a card I made using one of the beautiful scripty sentiment stamp sets, “So Sorry” combined with the “Florals” set.  It’s never easy for me to make sympathy cards, but it becomes a little easier when I think about how the handmade gift might ease some of the recipient’s suffering.

After stamping the large “sorry” in the center of my card front in Versamark ink, I added rose gold embossing powder and melted it with my heat tool.  Then I just stamped a crazy jungle of flowers and leaves from the “Florals” set in a pretty color palette, sliced a strip out of each corner for a little something different, and popped the whole piece up over some rose gold foil cardstock.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my Pink & Main projects over the past year and a half as much as I have enjoyed sharing them with you!  I invite you to stop by my blog any time, “Lab Hands“, for additional handmade card, gift, and home decor projects.  I’ll forever be a huge Pink & Main fan, so you can be sure that I will be sharing more P&M projects in the future too!

~ Annie
