You were born to sparkle

Hi,

today I have for you clean and simple card with great technique – faux textured metal paper. I found this technique on internet (Jennifer McGuire ink blog) and I love it. Base of this technique is saturate paper with Distress ink and than apply Perfect pearls let it set for a while and then brush off Perfect pearls, do not worry huge amount will stick on inked area and than just use Big shot or another machine and embossing folder to make texture. To achieve rectangle in the middle of card I masked borders with cheap masking tape. So I inked only area in the middle of card. Sentiment is stamped with Versa fine onyx black, that ink makes so nice and crispy images.

From main view is sparkling of used Perfect pearls but in detail photo you can see it. For finished touch I used some sequins and self adhesive gems.

I used new stamp set – Believe Script

I wish you nice day

Kate
