Winter’s Last Snowflakes with Larissa Guest Designer

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!!

Larissa here to share a SWEET Winter themed Gift Bag!! I feel like Winter Birthday’s get over shadowed by the Holiday exhaustion, so I try to take tht extra step to make sure that those Birthday’s feel SPECIAL too!! A handmade Gift Bag is just that step!! Here’s what I’ve made!!
I Started by making my Layered Snowflake Focal point!! SWOON!! These Bold Snowflake Dies are just BEAUTIFUL!! When you Die Cut them from the NEW Deco Foil Flock Sheets in Blue Sky!! I Started by adhering the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheets to a Piece of Light Blue Cardstock and then adhered the Blue Sky Deco Foil Flock Sheet Face Side down onto the Adhesive Sheet and ran it through my Die Cutting Machine to help burnish the Flocking into the Adhesive!! I removed the Backing sheet and then Die Cut the Bold Snowflakes from the Flocked Cardstock!!
 I wanted to make the Edges POP so I added some Broken China Distress Oxide Ink with an Ink Dauber and then I added some iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive to parts of the Snowflakes and added the Distress Rock Candy Glitter to add some Sparkle!! I adhered all of the Snowflakes together using Zots Medium Adhesive Dots and then adhered a Crystal Button to the center for some extra Sparkle and to finish off the Snowflake Design!!  I Die Cut a Stitched Rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Set 1 Die Set and added it to the Gift Bag that I created from the Be Merry 6X6 Patterned Paper in the Blue Snowflake Pattern!! I used Broken China Distress Oxide Ink to add some Inking to the edges of the Gift Bag!! I like how it ties the Snowflake Focal and the Gift Bag together!! 
For the Banner I Die Cut the Banner from the Sweet Bouquets Die Set and then using the “From All of Us” Sentiment from the Birthday Script Stamp Set using Broken China Distress Oxide Ink and Embossed it with some WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! I created a Ribbon Scrap Bow and adhered the Banner with a Mini White Clothespin and the Ribbon Scrap Bow to the Clothespin with a Zots Medium Adhesive Dot!!
