Warm winter greetings

Hello Everyone,

It is Zsofi here today with a cute eskimo card featuring the Eskimo kisses stamp set. What I really enjoy is to match my colouring with the patterned paper I chose to use. I was longing to use the Be brave paper pad for a while now, so here is my creation:

I started with colouring the cute images from the Eskimo kisses stamp set on alcohol ink friendly cardstock. I used my alcohol markers to colour them paying attention to be as close to the colours of the paper pad as possible.

Then I cut a piece of the triangle patterned paper to cover an A2 sized card. I cut a strip of light grey cardstock which I matted with a slightly wider navy one. I used a dark blue ink to stamp the sentiment.

In order to have a chilly winter scene, I die cut a piece of white glitter cardstock with a scallop waves die. It really looks like ice!

When assembling my scene I used liquid glue and 3D foam squares to get more dimension. I added some glossy accents to the scarves and boots, in this way the colours underneath get more vibrant, matching the beautiful paper even more!

I hope you like my card and got inspired to try colouring your images to match a certain patterned paper. Until next time, happy crafting!

Zsofi
