Sprinkles

Happy Monday! Usually I am here on Tuesday’s but since tomorrow is a holiday in the USA, I am playing on Monday instead. Here is my card for today, perfect for a summer holiday!

This card features the Sprinkles of Joy Stamp Set, which I stamped using my Misti and Asphalt Ink. Then I used the Sprinkles of Joy Coordinating Die Set to cut it out. I colored my image with Copics, I wanted to make it look like a rainbow ice cream cone so I used those colors and then used a white gel pan for highlights and a black glaze pen for the eyes. For the background, I stamped a bunch of cherries and colored them, and also stamped some sprinkles with colored ink. Then I trimmed it so it was 1/4 inch from each edge and mounted this layer on red cardstock with my EZ Tear Tape. Next, I mounted the image on the front with Foam Tape. Then I stamped the sentiment with the Embossing Ink and then I used the Bubblegum Embossing Powder to sit it before die cutting it and mounting on the card.

This is such an adorable image, the girls is sweet, I really love this set! I think it turned out so fun and it isn’t really a 4th of July card, but the cherries make me think of Pie. I hope you have a great holiday, 4th of July or otherwise!

Please check out YT, IG and FB for more inspiration and then head over to the SHOP to pick up some goodies! Thanks for visiting! ~Katie
