It’s time!! My favorite time of the year, The Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Before we get started, you should have arrived from the Not Too Shabby blog, but if you want to hop from the beginning, please start at the Coffee Lovers blog.
Ok let’s go! Pink and Main monthly releases are always amazing and there’s always a favorite stamp, ok maybe two favorites. In the April release, there was in a particular that just had me in stitches, the Just Chicken In stamp set.
It’s a 6″x6″ stamp and coordinating dies are available. I used the hen with the coffee mug; the curlers, eye glasses, bunny slippers and that expression is simply priceless!
I stamped her with Asphalt dye ink and colored her with alcohol markers. I envisioned her walking the backyard with the other hens so I added dirt and a bit of grass.
I used the Oval Scallop Nested Dies and the Layered Oval Dies. The pattern paper is from the Happy paper pad and I embellished with the Good Times glitter enamel dots.
I stamped the sentiment with Lakeside dye ink and used 1/4″ Sentiment Strip Dies. The cardstock is 100lb by the same name, Lakeside.
