Hi everyone! One more sleep until the Pink and Main September release goes live! And it’s another awesome one focused on the winter holidays.
Today I am sharing a sneak peek using the new Empty Snow Globe stamp set and the coordinating dies, Winter Snow Globe Scenes and the Random Dots stencil to make super fun and easy shaker card.
To make the card I started by stamping the snow globe with black ink on piece of white card stock that measured 4″ x 5 1/4″. Once stamped I die cut only the center. Positioning this piece on top of another piece of white card stock with the same dimensions I stamped the penguins. Once they were stamped I used the stencil and light blue ink to add some “snow”
Next I colored in the penguins and the snow globe base and stamped sentiment on the base. Added acetate sheet on the back of the snow globe panel, and then added foam tape to cover the entire panel. Added sequins and other embellishments and sealed my shaker. To finish it off I just adhered the shaker panel to a pink top folding card base.
