Hey Crafters, Hope your day is fantastic. I have a sneak peek for you today and I decided to share some brand new inks from Pink and Main!! I am so excited about these. I used the reinkers for my project. Let’s get started.
This project was so fun to do. I started with a piece of photo paper and used the glossy side. I added big drops of color starting at the top of the card panel. I then spritzed it with water to thin out the ink so it would run down, while I kept the card panel upright. I continued spraying the water until I got the desired look. The colors I used from right to left are: The Park, Lakeside, Night Sky and Dress Shop.
I added some splatter with gold metallic watercolor from stash. I used the large sentiment from the new Happy New year stamp. I stamped and heat embossed it with Golden Palace embossing powder on vellum. I trimmed it down with a rectangle die from the Layered Rectangles A2 dies.
I added some small foam adhesives pieces behind the embossed sentiments. Doing it this way hides the foam tape. I centered it onto the inked background and then added that to a white A2 card base.
