Hi everyone!
Ilina here! Today I am sharing fun, clean and simple and colorful cards using the October Crafty Courtyard kit. I love the graphic flowers and leaves the are included in the stamp set, also all the sentiments. I decided to combine two of the sentiments “I hope this cheers you” and “Sending Hugs”.
To make the cards I started by cutting several A2 panels from white cardstock and picking 3 of the images I wanted to use. Next, I settled for my colors. You can use any color combination you want. I decided to go with 5, so made 5 cards. If you are using MISTI the creation of the cards will be a breeze.
I stamped the leaves using 3 different colors for each panel (you can go playful, feminine, bold, masculine, pastel….and so on).
Once I had the panels I needed stamped , I positioned the sentiments and stamped them in black.
Next, I trimmed each panel to 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ and using foam tape I adhered them to colored top folded note card. I matched the color of cardstock with one of the colors I used for the leaves.
