Sending Huge Hugs

Hello Friends! I hope you all are doing well. Today I am sharing a card that uses the adorable Ears To You Stamp Set. These little elephants are just the cutest!

I started my card by creating my background. I used the Beaded Curtain Die, and die cut it with white, yellow, green and aqua cardstock. I attached the white panel to my card base. Then I inlaid the colored pieces back into the die to create a pattern. Such a fun technique, and definitely worth the little bit of extra time it takes.

Next, I stamped my elephant and balloons from the Ears To You Stamp Set and colored them with Copic markers. I used the coordinating Ears To You Dies and cut them out.

To finish my card, I attached a vellum circle to my card front. I then attached the elephant and balloons onto the circle. The vellum helps the focal image stand out and not get lost in the busy background. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment onto a black banner and added white embossing powder.
