Hey everyone. It’s Dana with you today. Remember I shared a card with you last week using the Sweater Weather 6×6 paper pad and the Quilted Square 2 Die? You can see that card here. Well here is what I did with the remaining pieces.
This die cuts out the leaf, a frame and center pieces. The leaf outline and background pieces are what was left over from the other card. I die cut out the leaf die several times and adhered all the pieces together. This gave my leaf depth.
Next I stamped out a sentiment from the Fall Sentiments stamp set and fussy cut it out. I then made a card base for these pieces. I created a 4×4 top folding card base for my card today. I adhered the frame piece onto this base and inserted the middle layers back in. These pieces do not have any extra pieces behind it.
All that was left was to pop up the sentiment with foam dots and my card was done. Here you can see the depth of the card with the leaf design and frame. I love how this designed work with the Sweater Weather paper pad. Thanks for stopping by today and I can’t see what you create with all the goodies from the September 2019 release. Have a great day everyone.
