Hi there! Annie back with another card today featuring one of the newly released garden cutie stamp sets, “Sunflower“. I know sunflowers are normally an autumn treat…but I just couldn’t wait to use this stamp!
I colored her in with Prismacolor pencils and blended them just a bit with baby oil to retain some texture. The sentiment was stamped on some heavy vellum with Tuxedo Black Memento Luxe ink and embossed using clear embossing powder. I pieced the phrase together by taking the “pretty as a” stamp from the Pretty Princess set and combining it with part of the “sunflower” word found in the Sunflower set.
I finished my card off with a bit of matching twine and flower sequins and popped the whole panel up over a kraft cardbase. I hope you enjoyed this project…please visit my blog for a complete list of supplies!
