Hi, today I have for you 2 cards which I made with great stamp set Pirates.
At this first card I made background with stencil – I used structure paste and embossing powder (Stampendous), it goes together really great. Paste makes great relief and can catch more embossing powder so final effect is amazing. Image is stamped with Memento ink and coloured with Copics. It is easy and interesting card. Do not be afraid to use in cardmaking more products which are for mixed media art.
At this second card I made again my own background. I stamped tiny images with Hero arts ink. Than I stamped girl and ship with Memento ink and coloured with Copics. With craft knife I made hole for cord, girl has got ship instead of birthday balloon. With black Copic marker I painted wooden stick (that big which you have for skewers (grill) and I made flag with frame from stamp set – Planner tabs and I stamped sentiment. Again it is easy but very interesting card.
