I fell in love with the bright colors and patterns in the Summer Splash paper pad! Usually I’m a hoarder of pretty papers – but I’ve been trying to kick the habit! Haha! This colorful triangle pattern is my absolute FAVORITE pattern from the paper pad and I forced myself to use it! I trimmed it down to the size of an A2 card and die cut a white frame using the largest die from the Reverse Scallop Rectangle die set and adhered the frame onto the patterned paper.
I used the Special Day stamp set and stamped the large “Oh happy day” sentiment onto white cardstock and trimmed around it with scissors leaving a white border. Then I stamped out a bunch of the smaller birthday sentiments and die cut each one of them with the Sentiment Strip Dies. There are 14 different sizes in the Sentiment Strip Dies. FOURTEEN! There’s a die to cut out any of the small sentiments in any of the 5 new sentiment stamp sets! FABULOUS!
I adhered my script sentiment and each of the sentiment strips with foam tape – trying my best to keep them centered and straight! That proved to be the hardest part of this card! Haha!
And did you know that Pink & Main is part of a special collaboration stamp set from The Stamping Village? The new Holiday Seals stamp set has just been released and you can purchase it in the Pink & Main store! Twelve companies have come together and added a single image that represents their company in one large 6 x 8 stamp set! See that cute little cocoa mug in the bottom center? That’s Pink & Main’s image! It’s adorable!
Thanks for joining me today!
Pretty and colorful!
Have a great day!
