Mugs and kisses

Hello Crafty Friends,

Sylvie @Kaliscards here with a cute polar bear jumping in a mug of hot cocoa and marshmallows. Love this time of the year and can’t resist hot cocoa with mini marshmallows.

For this card, I used the Cocoa for you (bear mug) and Mugs and kisses (sentiment and marshmallows) sets. The cute bear is from the Bear with wagon set

To create this card, I first stamped the cute bear and masked it. I then stamped the tiny marshmallows, masking the bottom part. I also masked the marshmallows before stamping and masking the mug.

I then hand-drew the 3 tiny marshmallows and masked them. I then blended inks in the background, stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. I then masked the sentiment and splattered white gouache.

I unmasked all images and colored them with alcohol markers and added highlights in the eyes with a white gel pen. To finish, I glued the front panel onto the cardbase.
