Ilina here! Today I am sharing a fun card featuring the new Homespun Christmas Kit and partial die cutting.
To make the card I started with a piece of white card stock measuring 4″ x 5 1/4″. Stamped the image using black ink, using a ruler I marked where I would like to cut the panel and secured the die over it. Next positioning one of my cutting plates for my die cutting machine on the line I drew (the plate covering the image part which I want to have cut out) ran it though my die cutting machine. Next using my paper trimmer I cut along the drawn line making sure I don’t cut over the jar.
Once the image was partially cut I colored it with Copic markers and stamped sentiment.
I cut piece of the 6×6 paper pad (Homespun Christmas) that comes in the kit measuring 4″ x 5 1/4″ and using foam tape adhered the image. Then adhered the entire panel to a top folding white note card.
