It’s Donna here, and I think that this sentiment has a lesson for all of us!
I have been working very hard lately, and it’s a good reminder to stop and enjoy life along the way!
I used the patterned papers from the fabulous ‘The Shore’ paper pad. I’ve been loving the papers from Pink and Main this year, the variety is endless.
To make this card, I first made a window element. I used the Reverse Scallop Square dies to cut the window, and then used the wood grain and the ombré green papers to make the window, setting the green paper back behind some foam tape.
The fun drinks images from the Happy Hour stamp set were very simple to colour and a lot of fun. I used a range of citrus colours, including a pop of orange on each image to give a lift to the colours of the card.
With the warm summer evenings starting, this is such a fun stamp set. Cool lemonade on the back verandah is one of the things that I love in life.
