Holly Berry Card

Hi crafty friends, It’s Joy here. Don’t you just love the emboss and cut all in one, I definitely do, it makes creating a card much easier. I used the Holly and Berries to create a pretty Christmas card. I also created patterned paper for the background. I hope you enjoy!

I started with the background by stenciling using the Roundabout stencil and light green ink. Then I stamped the holly berries from the Pine Boughs stamp set on the background with a darker green and red.

I used the Holly and Berries emboss and cut with gold glitter cardstock, then I ran it through the die cut machine again using red cardstock. I used scissors and cut out the berries from the red cardstock and glued it to the gold glitter holly and berries die. I stamped the sentiment from the Pine Boughs stamp set with dark green ink and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I trimmed down a white piece of cardstock then, added a red piece behind it for a mat. I added foam tape behind the panel and adhered that to the stamped and stenciled background. I also added foam tape behind the large holly berry die cut. I placed the sentiment at the bottom, slightly overlapping the leaf.

I hope you enjoyed this project. Have a wonderful day!

Hugs,

Joy Baldwin
