Have a Dino-mite Day!

Hello , Crafty Friends!! DT Member, Mitsyana Wright, here… and I’ve been enjoying the bright sunshiny weather we’ve been having here in Texas. Every time that I step out the door and the skies are bright blue it makes feel cheerful. And today I made a tag that reflects that cheer to share with everyone else.

I used Pink and Main’s Dinomite stamp set to make this adorable tag.

I stamped my dinos with Momento Tuxedo Black ink then colored the using Spectrum Noir color pencils, odorless mineral spirits, and blending stumps. I rubbed a bit of pink chalk onto their cheeks, then used a white gel pen for highlights. Then I used a scissors to fussy cut them and mounted them with foam adhesive.

I freehand cut the rolling hills and mounted them onto my background that I airbrushed clouds onto. After adhering them together, I die-cut them so that the stitch lines were unified throughout. Then I mounted it onto a burlap base and punched a hole at the top creating a tag and added a bow made out of twine.

Finally, I mounted my dinos, accented them with tiny hearts, and stapled my sentiment that I stamped onto a fishtail banner onto the tag.

It came out really cute and was super simple to do.

Hope you love these dinos as much as I do!!

Until next time… Happy Crafting , Friends!!
