Hang in There!!

Good morning!! Laurie here to share a card made using some new and previously released goodies!! One of my favourite things to do is combine new and not so new products. So, let’s get to it, shall we?

I started by colouring the absolutely adorable sloth from the new Toucan Do It stamp set. I used the co-ordinating die to cut him out and started to create my little scene.

I used the second largest die from the Reverse Scallop Rectangle Dies and used the Clouds Stencil to add a few wispy clouds to the inner portion. Because my inking was far from perfect, I decided to add a couple clouds from the Bright Side Stamp Set. I also coloured up the heart from this set!

I adhered the inner and outer portions of the scalloped rectangles together simply by taping them at the back. I glued the clouds directly to the background and used a double layer of foam adhesive on the sloth. The sentiment was stamped onto a banner cut using one of the banner dies from the Sweet Bouquets Die Sets.

I used a piece of patterned paper from the gorgeous The Shore Paper Pack and covered my top-fold A2 card base. I decided to adhere the scene with liquid adhesive as I have quite a bit of dimension already.
