Hello Pink and Main Fans!
I’ve got a bright slim line card to share with you today featuring the NEW die set, “Sunny Hello.” My favorite shoes are a fun pair of flip flops and so I decided to paper piece together this collection of bright blues and contrasting oranges with some of the great pattern papers from the “Sunshine & Smiles 6×6 Pack!
I die cut the flip flops multiple times from the coordinating papers and glued them back together on scrap pieces of paper. I created a slim line card base from white card stock (8.5″ x 7.25″), scoring/folding at 3.25″. I cut a panel from kraft card stock 3.25″ x 8.5″, spattered it with brown/orange watercolors and attached it to the card front. The flip flop die cuts were adhered with foam tape in a herringbone pattern on the front panel along with some confetti embellishments. I heat embossed a bright blue card stock panel (4″ x 8.5″) using one of the sentiments from the “Big Vertical Greetings” Stamp Set and attached this panel to the inside of the card. I really like the partial sandy panel revealing the tall sentiment inside!
