Christmas Ornament

This is Yolie with this morning’s project share. I took a break from Holiday card making and created a super easy fabric Christmas ornament. I used a combination of Ther O Web product and of course Pink and Main too.

I gathered up some canvas fabric and felt scraps and used a circle die to cut the canvas fabric. I used the reindeer and happy holidays dies from Holiday Scene Dies to cut felt.

I used the Pixie Spray on the Four Point Star Stencil it helps and I mean it really helps to secure down the stencil. It created a tacky backing strong enough to stay on the fabric without leaving residue, until I was ready to remove it!
I placed the stencil on the canvas fabric and sprayed the Deco Foil Fusible Adhesive.

I waited approximately 30 minutes for the Fusible Adhesive to dry before heat setting the Glittering Green Fancy Foil. I used a mini iron on a hard surface to fuse the foil. The results, amazing!

I also sprayed the back of the Reindeer, Happy Holidays and the two Bubbly Borders with Deco Foil Fusible Adhesive. Once the Fusible Adhesive dried, I placed the felt embellishments onto the front and back side of the ornaments before I sewed the pieces together. I used a piece of parchment paper to protect the foil.
I used the ribbon and the poinsettias from the Christmas Card Box and sewed them onto the top of the ornament and it was done.

Here is a close up of the felt Large Stitched Bows. I added one to each side.

Here’s how the back side turned out:

I had so much fun creating with Therm O Web products and love how my ornament turned out.
