Happy Tuesday Friends! I am a a bit behind this week, the heat over the weekend zapped all my strength! But all is well overall and life is beautiful. Today’s card shares just that, the beauty in life and how you can take joy in the small things.
I made this card using the new Floral Wings Stamp and coordinating Floral Wings Die Set. I used my Misti to repeat stamp it on white Copic friendly paper. Then I came back in and colored. The wings are a combo of blue, purple and green (each a little different) and the flowers are obviously all different colors. I used B000, G00, V12 for the wings. The flowers, I used RV55, RV63, Y38, Y35, YR15, Y13, B01, B23, YG03, YG63, YG61, RV42, R22, R24. Next, I stamped the sentiment and added some Sparkle Gems using my EZ Squeeze glue. When that layer was done, all that was left was to use my EZ Tear Tape and mount it on a layer of Evening Clouds Cardstock, followed by a layer of Riverwalk Cardstock.
This card is lovely and pretty simple. I just love the wings, the variation in color gives them a real feel to me.
