How I love a good pun! It’s true though, Pink and Main is getting very sentimental in their August release with a whole swag of fabulous sentiments with matching dies.
It’s Donna here, and I’m so excited about this release, and the way it’s going to fit so well with all the other Pink and Main goodies to make my cards say EXACTLY what I want them to.
I’ve started with a very simple card for you as a sneak peek. This card really hightlights the sentiment as the focal point. Later in the month I look forward to bringing you some cards that show how the sentiments work with different Pink and Main images.
I have used paper from the fun Summer Splash paper pad (just wait a few days, it will be here soon, I promise!) , and I cut a border using the largest of the Reverse Scallop Rectangle dies. I then stamped ‘just because’ directly onto the paper using a crisp black die. For the second half of the sentiment, I used the new sentiment strip stamps and die. I love that you can choose which length of strip you want, and how much white space you’d like on each side of the sentiment.

I’m excited about this release, because I can see myself using it again and again. I may never need another sentiment stamp (said no crafter ever), but it really does feel like that .
