Accordion Envelope Card

Accordion Envelope Card by Annie Williams - Main

Hi again!  It’s Annie and today I have a fun way to use envelopes with your Pink & Main stamps to create a accordion card wallet that’s perfect for lots of little notes or even giftcards.  To create the backbone of the card, just glue the flap of one envelope to the back of another and add as many envelopes to the chain as you would like pockets.

I stamped two of the sentiments from the “Believe Script” set on the outside of the pockets and one more onto an embossed card that I stuck into one of them.  I loved the idea of sending a flurry of sentiments to one of my girlfriends…and this would make a great Mother’s Day card as well!

To finish the card off, I folded the accordion up and decorated the front and back with patterned paper.  A simple belly band holds the whole thing shut while I wait to deliver it to its recipient.  For step-by-step instructions on creating this project, please visit my blog.

And have you seen the newest challenge over on the Pink & Main Challenge Blog?  The theme is “Anything Goes”, so make sure you stop by and enter your Pink & Main creations!
