A Fall Glittery Snow Globe

Hi Friends!!! This is Caitlin and I am so happy to be sharing my first snow globe card with you today! I have played with the snow globe scene stamps before but I finally got my hands on the Empty Snow Globe Dies and Stamp Set and I had to make a shaker card right away! I really wanted to make a fun fall card and I just love how sweet the Fall Snow Globe Scenes Stamp set is.

I used the Snow Globe dies to cut out 8 frame layers from white card stock and stacked 7 of them with liquid glue. The top frame got stamped with the Empty Snow Globe stamp in grey ink and I used the outer/larger snow globe die with a piece of packaging to create the window. I added the plastic sheet layer onto of the stacked frames and then I added the top stamped layer to finish it off. I also cut the little snow globe base from some Pebble Cardstock and stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set onto it. I added that to the top of the frames with glue and set it all to the side to dry.

I stamped the little pumpkins and bear from the Fall scenes stamp set with an alcohol friendly ink and colored it in with Copic markers. To finish off the shaker element, I die cut orange pattern paper (Pumpkin Season Paper Pack) with the larger of the snow globe dies. I adhered the bear sene to the background and then it was time for glitter. I flipped the frames over and scooped some of the Tangerine Super Fine Glitter into the well and then glued the back layer into place. To see how the rest of the card came together, you should check out my video here:
