Magical Birthday Card

Hello friends! It’s Ashley on the blog today sharing a fun birthday card featuring the Magical stamp and die sets.

I started my using the magical die and cutting it out of white cardstock. I cut the shadow for the word out of black cardstock and then carefully glued the word on top.

I stamped the balloons from the Life is a Circus stamp set onto white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. I used the coordinating die set and cut them out. Next I stamped two different sentiments from the Magical stamp set onto some blue cardstock and embossed them with white embossing powder.

I took a piece of dark gray cardstock and blended some black ink along the edges. I popped that up onto an A2 size card base. I used foam tape to adhere the magical die cut to the center of the card. I also popped up the two sentiment strips above and below that word. I used a liquid adhesive to glue the balloons so that they are peeking out above the magical die cut.

To finish up that card I went over the sentiments with Wink of Stella glitter. I also added a dashed line around the border with a white gel pen. Finally I added a few sequins across the card.

Thanks for stopping by!
Ashley
