Hey everyone! It’s Ashley on the blog today sharing a sneak peek from the upcoming release! This release comes out on the 20th and I am sharing a look at the Fintastic stamp and die set.
I stamped the fish from the set with black ink and colored him in with Copic markers. I cut him out with the coordinating die. Next I embossed a sentiment from the set on black cardstock with a white embossing powder.
Next I cut the fish bowl from the Fintastic die set from light blue cardstock. I cut the inner section of the bowl out of a panel of white cardstock and glued a piece of acetate to the back. I then took the light fish bowl that I had cut and glued it to the front of the panel.
To create the background for the shaker I took some turquoise cardstock and embossed a wavy stencil design in clear on it. I then added foam tape around my shaker window, filled it with sequins, and closed it up with the background piece.
To finish up the card I glued the fish to the front of the shaker and popped up the sentiment. I also added a few clear bubble embellishments and adhered the shaker panel to a card base.
