Christmas Gift Bags

Hi there everyone! It’s so close to Christmas so I need to start making my little gift bags for my friends. We normally don’t exchange large gifts anymore. As an alternative, I like to make little Christmas favors for everyone.

Pink and Main released a new die set called Gift Bag Dies which is perfect for my little favors. First, I wanted to create my own little background. I used Sweet Christmas because this stamp set has a lot of smaller images. I used an acrylic block for the cookie images and stamped it all over two pieces of paper. Then for the smaller candy images, I stamped to fill in any blank spaces.

I used the die to cut out the gift bags, and I did really easy coloring with no shading, using the same colors for the same images.

I wanted to add a tag to the bag. Of course, there’s a mini one included in the set. I used the patterned paper from the Sunrise paper pad and die cut two of them so I could glue them back to back. I also trimmed out a piece of white paper so I could stamp out the “To” and “From” from the Bowtiful stamp set.

I also decided to use the bow die from the Winter Wreath Decor Dies on white paper. I wanted to use shades of red to color this up. This finished off my card and I think it’s so adorable. I can’t wait to do a mass production of these little gift bags for Christmas.

Thanks for stopping by!
