Good morning and welcome back!! Laurie here to share an easy Halloween shaker card using the new Web Corner Die along with the Less Tricks Stamps and co-ordinating dies.
I started by cutting the Web Corner Die out of piece of cardstock that was cut using the largest of the Stitched Rectangles Set 2 dies. This left me with the negative “hole” as well as the positive web piece.
Instead of using a clear acetate, I used vellum for a more muted or foggy look. I adhered the vellum behind the negative space then, after adding some black ink to the web, adhered that right on top! I dropped a few black sequins onto the front of my card base and using one layer of foam adhesive, placed the shaker panel down.
I coloured up that super cute bear with alcohol markers and foam mounted him near the web. After stamping the sentiment, I decided I needed to add a bit of colour. I die cut some stars, which are from the Less Tricks die set, out of some Night Sky Sparkle paper.
I hope you enjoyed this oh so scary Halloween shaker! Thank you so much for dropping in this morning!
Have a great day and see you soon!
Laurie
