It is Zsofia here, with a cute birthday card for unicorn lovers. Actually I designed this card for my daughter who just turned 8 yesterday. She loved it!
I am not a fussy cutter but i wanted to give another look to all the cute unicorns in the Sweet Carousel stamp set. Therefore i stamped and coloured them with Copic markers and cut them out with my scissors. I ran a black marker on the edges of each image to cover up any imperfection caused by my not that advanced fussy cutting skills. It makes magic, I tell you!
Then I cut a piece of the foiled dot patterned paper from the Watercolor Foil paper pad. I love this pad so much, the foiling makes it super special!
I die cut the Magical word die from rose gold specialty cardstock and the shadow of it from purple cardstock. I adhered them together and glued it on a thin strip of white cardstock. Around the die cut I heat embossed the rest of the sentiment from the Magical stamp set using rose gold embossing powder. I assembled the card and used liquid glue to add the sweet unicorns. As a finishing touch i added clear shimmer to the hair and some glossy accents here and there to emphasize some details.
