Travel Buddy..Sneak Peek!

Good morning and welcome to a sneak peek of the upcoming release! If you thought last month’s release was awesome, just wait until you see what’s in store for you this month!!

I used the new Travel Buddy Stamp set along with its co-ordinating dies for the main focus of my card today.

I coloured up this adorable girl on a scooter and her sweet puppy with Copic markers. After die cutting the images, it was time to create the scene. You can probably notice that beautiful frame. Well, that’s also a new release this month. This set of dies is called Reverse Scallop Rectangles and you won’t want to be without them!! The die creates a scalloped frame so I used the inner portion and some light blue inking to create the sky.

I used the Scallop Waves Dies to cut two “hills”. I used a bright green ink on those!! The clouds come from the Rainbow Dies Set. I think I’ve said this before but these are my FAVOURITE cloud dies…ever!!

To put everything together, I started by laying the white, scalloped frame on the front of a white card base. This gave me a guide as to where to place the inner portion. Once the blue sky was adhered, I could place everything else then adhere the frame.

I used foam adhesive squares on the scooter, the hearts and the sentiment. The sentiment was stamped onto a banner that’s included in the Sweet Bouquets Die Set. I did add a bit of glitter pen and Nuvo Crystal Glaze to some areas.
