Good morning, friends and Happy Monday! I’m starting off the week with a fun, die cut filled card featuring some new and older products! I love mixing and matching my stash!
I wanted to use the new Summer Wreath Decor Dies. I just happened to have a couple of Wreath Base Dies already cut and waiting to be used. I die cut several of the shapes from the Summer Wreath Decor Dies out of white cardstock and used my alcohol markers to add some colour.
Colouring these little dies was so much fun but I recommend colouring them before removing them from the cardstock. They can be a little slippery and hard to hold.
You might notice the pink scalloped background. I created my own stencil by die cutting both scalloped border from the Scallop Waves Dies out of plain printer paper. Starting at the bottom of the card front, I worked my way up, alternating the “stencils” using Picked Raspberry Distress Ink.
I adhered the wreath base directly to the card base but used foam adhesive for all the images. I wanted a bit of separation between them and the green wreath.
I added some details with a glitter pen and a white gel pen to add a bit of pizazz! I also whipped out my bottle of Nuvo Crystal Glaze and added that to the sunglass lenses and the sentiment.
The “Hello” comes from the My Sunshine Stamp Set and the gorgeous sentiment die is from the Sunshine Dies.
This card is bright and fun with lots of dimension and I love how it turned out! I hope you can check out all the wreath building sets, they are just fabulous!
Thank you for dropping in this morning! I hope your Monday rocks!!
See you soon!

Love this – it just makes me smile! So cute, so creative. The summer dies are sitting on my desk right now… 🙂
