Hello friends and welcome!! Laurie here to share a card that involves not a lot of stamping but a little bit of die cutting!! This is also a great way to use up scrap cardstock AND makes a great masculine card!!
One of my favourite things to do is die cut. While it may be a bit tedious, the results are always worth it in the end. I used the Stitched Stars Die Set for this project. Having a good set of basic shape nesting dies in your stash is essential and this set would be a great addition!

I went through my stash of scrap cardstock and chose some muted colours. Even though this card is fairly gender neutral, I wanted to avoid shades of pink. I chose different sizes of stars based on the size of my scraps and die cut quite a few stars.
After arranging them on the card base, I took a piece of Glad Press & Seal to pick everything up at once (great tip learned from Laurie Willison). I did have to keep picking up the sheet of die cuts and aligning it to the card base just so I knew where to apply foam adhesive. Yup, they are all popped up!

Once all the foam adhesive was placed, it was easy to just pick everything up at once with the Press & Seal and lay it over the card base! I decided to layer a couple of stars over the large grey one so the sentiment would stand out. The sentiment comes from the My Universe Stamp Set.
A bit of shimmer was added to the yellow stars and this card was done!!

I hope you enjoyed my project for today! Have a great day and see you soon!
