Ilina here! I hope you are enjoying all the sneak peeks from the October release that goes live on the 20th! Today I am sharing a card (or bunch) using the new 6×6 set called Sending Cheer. This is amazing set that has a building rainbow stamps along with some amazing sentiments (I LOVE the font on these!) and several little accents, sun, cloud etc.
To make my card I started with the smallest piece of the rainbow and used my MISTI to stamp it, next I positioned the 2nd layer and stamped etc, until I had them all. Since, I was using my MISTI, I decided to stamp bunch (you can see on the bottom). I changed up the colors,the sentiments, added the sun in different positions, or not at all, same with the cloud.
Once I had all the panels stamped I trimmed them down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and using craft foam, foam tape or stacked pieces of card stock adhered the panels to a side folding white note card. If you would like less dimension, you can easily make these one layer cards by stamping directly on the note cards.
