Sneak Peek: Why Fit In

Ilina here! Today I am sharing a sneak peek from the March release, a super fun set called Meerkats.

I absolutely love the sentiment saying : why fit in, when you were meant to stand out, so I had to use it!

To make the card start by stamping the single meerkat onto 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of white card stock that is alcohol marker friendly. Stamp with black ink (alcohol marker friendly). Also stamp the same image on masking paper.

Color the image using alcohol based markers, or coloring medium of your choice. Cut of the mask and add on top of the image to mask it out.

Secure the Mask it Circle stencil on top of the panel and using the Ergonomic Ink Brushes blend in Navy and light blue inks. Remove the stencil and remove the mask. Trim the panel to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and add stars using white gel pen.

Stamp the sentiment using black ink. Using fun foam adhere the finished panel to top folding Navy note card.
