Hi everyone! It’s Jeannie (InsideoutJeans) on the blog today with a sneak peek for Pink and Main’s new release with the awesome stamp set named, My Universe. This is releasing next week and I’m excited to share it with you! I wanted to give you a look at some of the new items. Today’s card features three items that are part of the release.
To start off, I’m a huge fan of galaxy backgrounds and creating them but patterned paper makes it so much easier. The new paper pad is fabulous, and it’s called Galaxy Foil. It is GORGEOUS and I love the different combinations of colors on these papers.
Next, I’m a huge fan of shaped dies. There’s just so much you can do with them. In this case, the new die set called Stitched Stars, which is perfect to pair along with this galaxy themed card. I used the different sized dies to diecut the galaxy paper. I scattered this along the card base and it created a little galactic pathway for this scene.
One of the new stamp sets, My Universe, is the perfect set of images for a little astronaut in space. It’s so adorable that I just had to use this one first. I focused one of the astronauts along with the solar system set of balloons. These images worked perfectly for the card I was creating.
To finish off this card, I stamped out one of the sentiments from the set and added it on. I think the biggest impact to this card is definitely that paper pad. It pulls together the entire card and I’m loving how this turned out.
