Shoot for the Stars – shaker card

Hello Pink and Main Friends. It’s Donna here, with a card that features two of the non-stamp items in Pink and Main’s April release.

This release had so many fun products that I don’t really know what to do next, but for today I have a card that features the Stitched Stars Dies , Something Whimsy paper pad, and some sweet little flower sequins in matching colours.

To create the stars, I taped two star dies in different sizes together before running them through my die cutting machine, using several of my favourite papers. I also used the star dies to cut holes in my front panel. Once I had places some plastic behind the windows, I popped the panel up with foam tape and added sequins to the holes.

The sentiment is from the My Universe stamp set, and I think it fits perfectly with the stars.

This stitched star die is is a wonderful staple to have in your stash, and it is very versatile.
