Savannah Learns To Color #20- An Easter & CAS Card

Hello, Pink & Main friends and fans!

It’s Savannah O’Gwynn, and I’m back with MORE things to share from my crafting journey!!! I’ve really enjoyed learning how to color lately, but I’ve also got another card to share that has NO coloring and a simple design! Be sure to continue reading for all the details ❤️

SLTC#20

I had ONE MORE leftover bunny from my previous posts HERE and HERE… and since I was already in the foiling mood, I kept foiling those cute Easter Treat Foilable panels for another card design. I love how this card turned out! That blue bunny is toooooo cute. I will admit that I wish I had added chunky glitter to his tail, but overall he’s just too cute 😊

This card was simple to make- just follow these steps to create your own:

Cut white cardstock to cardbase size, set aside, and foil panel
Die cut a fun border on foiled panel, as well as on another white cardstock piece
Adhere white panel, foiled panel, and fun border to cardbase
Emboss sentiment and die cut; attach above border design
Add colored image and coordinating confetti pieces to foiled panel design **NOTE: Do not look too close to my coloring job on the bunny! This was a leftover for a reason! I messed up the darker shading but couldn’t throw him out! LOL!
Stamp and emboss sentiment onto foiled scrap pieces; cut and attach to card

SOOOOOOOOO EASY! I love how the sentiments are both embossed but one is on white paper and the other is on some of my scrap foiled panel pieces. This is why you don’t throw away your scraps! LOL!

CAS Card

This next card also has a rainbow theme just like the foiled panel on the card above… but the highlight and focus of this card is the beautiful stamped image!! This stamped image is the new P&M Songbird stamp. I love how beautiful it is stamped on this crisp Ice Rink cardstock!! BUUUUUUUUUUUUT—- to be honest, I was a bit intimidated when trying to color this large image. I knew I couldn’t make it pop like it should so I left it on it’s own— and I’m not mad about it:) I will attempt to color it one day soon! Be on the lookout!
