Poinsettia Stickies…

Happy Saturday Pink & Main friends… Annette Allen (myclevercreations.com) here with you today and I am sharing a fun and sparkly Christmas card using the new Stickies. I hope you have had the chance to try them, if not…. well you might want too. They are so fun to create with and I created this entire background with it. So let’s get started.

Card designed using Pink & Main:

• Poinsettia Stickies Adhesive Transfers
• Holly Super Fine Glitter
• Lemonade Super Fine Glitter
• Emerald Super Fine Glitter
• Joy to the World Stamp/Dies
• Foam Tape
• EZ Squeeze Craft Glue

Create card from white cardstock A2 size.

Cut another piece of white cardstock same size as card front (4.25 x 5 1/2)

Take that white panel and let’s start adding those fun new Poinsettia Stickies Adhesives. Cut apart and add one at a time. After each image add your pretty Pink & Main Super Fine Glitter. I used Holly for the Poinsettias. When you add the glitter use a small strong paint brush to rub around the glitter on the image and then brush off the excess back into the jar. I started in the corner and just filled the card with the Poinsettias. I used two sheets.

Now time to add those pretty leaves also from the Poinsettia Stickies Adhesives. Add one at a time and repeat process with adding the super fine glitter of your choice. I used Emerald Super Fine Glitter. It might seem like a long process, it is not the glitter sticks perfectly onto the Stickies Adhesives and brushes off leaving a beautiful image.

Adhere your panel to the base of the card using EZ Squeeze Craft Glue.

Stamp the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Joy to the World stamp set on a piece of white cardstock using black ink. Stamp until you have a fully covered sentiment and then die cut it using the coordinating dies. Die cut two more just on plain white cardstock and adhere them to the back of the stamped die cut sentiment. This helps with dimension. Add more foam tape to the back of the sentiment and adhere it to the center of your pretty background.

Nothing like a card full of pretty glitter. If you are wondering if it is messy to touch…. I can tell you no it is not. The glitter adheres perfectly. There is no loose glitter on this card. Now time to get out your Pink & Main Super Fine Glitters and get to crafting.
