Good Morning Friends! It is Dana here today with a birthday card to share with you all.
I started my card by stamping my balloons from the Party Balloons Stamp Set in rainbow order across the top of my card panel. I added the strings to the balloons and stamped my sentiment from the Special Day Stamp Set directly onto my card panel keeping everything flat.
Next, I added few sequins around my sentiment with liquid adhesive. I then attached my card panel to a black cardstock mat before attaching it to a kraft A2 card base.
